- Securing, referencing and credit checking of prospective tenants: All prospective tenants are thoroughly referenced and credit checked. References to include Bank, Employer, Landlords and credit report are undertaken to ensure suitability.
- Advice on health & safety and other legal requirements: We will help you understand compliance with current legislation, fire and furnishings regulations and also arrange safety checks on your property for gas and electrical appliances.
